Ann's Baby Blessing

So life has been pretty crazy around here lately - adjusting to life with a baby and trying to get everything wrapped up here in preparation to move out to Minnesota in two weeks. So much to do and so little time!

I wanted to post though about Ann's blessing. We blessed her earlier in the month (on the 5th). We were able to have Tom's parents and some of his siblings there. And we are so grateful to our friends and other family that we able to come and participate (some making time in their busy Sunday to sneak in to help with the blessing and then immediately sneak back out).

Ann's dress is the same one that I wore when I was blessed (and that my sisters wore) and that my mom wore when she was blessed. Since I'm the first of my sisters to have a daughter, I got to inherit it.

It was a wonderful day at church and a wonderful blessing (even though Ann screamed through the whole thing - I just have to smile).
