Well, it has almost been a year since I last posted. There are two big reasons for this - one was when I last posted I was still in the midst of getting ourselves unpacked and organized after moving to Arizona (I put that as a priority over picture editing and blogging - there was a lot to do and I was pretty slow at it). The second, and bigger, reason was because I found out I was pregnant in early May. I feel pretty sick during my first trimester of pregnancy and so everything except the bare minimum in life got put to the back-burner. I unfortunately ended up dealing with a fair bit of anxiety and depression during my pregnancy as well, so I didn't have a ton of energy for doing much. I hardly took any pictures, and it took forever for any that I did take to even get transferred onto the computer, let alone worked on. Now that our sweet baby is here and I occasionally have some time while she naps, I've been trying to catch up on the mountain of back-log that I have. We'll see how long it takes for me to catch up on a year's worth of pictures :)
There is a place really close by our house called Thunderbird Park. It is a nice place to go and hike around, which we have a done a couple of times.
