I can hardly believe it's September and we've been here for two months now. The weather is already starting to cool down feel a bit like fall (or according to Tom, like the beginning of November). I haven't spent an entire winter here for eight years, so we'll see how it goes.
Tom is almost done with his first quarter of school! I can't believe we've been here that long already. He's really had only one class this quarter, next he'll have three.
Ann just continues to grow cuter and bigger. She is our long, skinny girl! Her smiles and laughs are absolutely adorable. Here are a few things that she's up to:
-rolling over from tummy to back (no sign of back to tummy yet)
-learning to be okay with tummy time (able to be on her tummy for a few minutes before rolling over or screaming because she can't roll over)
-grabs her toes (and is getting close to putting them in her mouth)
-eats her clothes
-improving her ability to hold her head up on her own
We've been taking a ton of pictures of Ann recently, I just need to edit them and post them. We'll see when that happens though, because I have a hard time sitting down to work on pictures when I still have quite a few boxes to work through and dishes to do (oh the dishes...we still don't have a dishwasher). I still wanted to get some sort of update up...I'll get pictures up as soon as I can.

I think Kaylene has *always* been a Minnesotan... born 'n raised there except for a few years in the mountains to meet Tom. :)
I'm glad that you're enjoying a new phase of life there.
