Such Good Taste

Introducing Ann to different kinds of food has been an adventure.  For a while, she didn't want to eat almost anything that wasn't pureed, or at least in the most tiny pieces.  Life has since changed fortunately.  She still won't really eat fruits or vegetables unless they are pureed, so we do still have some jarred baby food around.  However, she has shown that her taste buds were definitely inherited from her Daddy (meaning that they are extremely well rounded).  Here are just a few recipes that I've made recently that she has enjoyed eating:

-Coconut Shrimp Curry (I used chicken instead of shrimp, though)
-Balsamic Chicken Noodle Bowl
-Thai Peanut Noodles (and I didn't tone down the amount of sriracha sauce in it)

It's been really fun seeing her like the food that Tom and I are eating (and it's especially nice to not have to adjust how I make it specifically for her...hopefully things just stay that way!).  Another one of her favorite things to eat is smoked string cheese, and she has recently taking quite a liking to graham crackers.

This girl continues to grow and grow.  And it just continues to be so much fun to watch her learn and grow!
