Random Phone Pictures

Here's some pictures from my phone, which just show a little more of what day-to-day life is like around here.  These pictures start from just a few days after we got here in August, to just a few days ago.

This girl loves to make goofy faces!

Just me and my little boy!

Ann made a tower with blocks (if I haven't mentioned it yet, we are living with Tom's parents right now)

These two love to play with each other, and it is just super cute to watch them.

Ian was having fun pushing Ann's tricycle around

Getting to lick the beater after Grandma Polley made some banana cake

This is why Ann's rocking chair is currently in her closet :)  Well, it's because Ian will stand up on it and fall over if I'm not there to grab him.

Cute little boy who fell asleep in the middle of church.  Having church in the afternoon right during nap time is hard

I also don't think I've mentioned that I'm currently working part-time right now.  I bought some speech therapy materials to use at work - I feel so legit. (I work 3 mornings a week at a nearby charter school)

We have a lot of fun playing on the trampoline outside

More goofy faces

Ann loves to help water the garden

And this little guy absolutely loves being outside.  If the door to the backyard is left open, he beelines for it.

Big hugs!  I love how cuddly this boy is!

Ann took this picture of me and Ian, and I love Ian's smile!

"Let's make silly faces, mom!"

There is a small little room in the house called "the fort".  These two love to slide down this mattress

Ian will throw his head back like this just like Daisy does sometimes when she barks

This was during the sustaining votes while watching General Conference.  Ian was imitating us and it was pretty much the cutest thing ever.

More block houses/towers!

Ian was trying to put on Ann's pajama shirt

Ann's preschool went on a field trip to a local dairy.  They had a lot of fun watching ice cream get made/packaged, milk getting pasteurized, etc.

We all got to have a little bowl of ice cream at the end too!

Ian has fun putting on Ann's sunglasses.  I'll probably need to get him his own soon

This kid just loves the bathtub!  He loves to feel the water as it comes out of the faucet.

Sometimes if Ann takes too long getting dressed for bed, I tell her I'm going to put her pajamas on Ian.  Well, you can guess what happened this night :)  Fortunately Ian was a good sport about it.

Playing with things in the kitchen while mommy does stuff

Entertaining himself while I made some cookies.

Tom was reading outside one Sunday evening so Ann decided she wanted to as well

Who wants to stay still for a picture??  Not these two!

Ian helped me put our laundry in the dryer.  He did a good job of mostly just putting things in and not taking it back out again :)

"Mom, take a picture of me!!"

Feeding oneself is just so much fun!  And who says you need the spoon to get the yogurt into your mouth?  Fingers do a fabulous job!
