Hair Cut and Bubbles

A couple of weeks ago, I finally gave Ann her first hair cut.  I evened out the back of her hair, as she had a layer that was longer than everything else.  I also gave her bangs as well, as the front part her hair was shorter than everything else so she practically looked like she already had bangs sometimes.  I'm glad to have the back evened out, but I still sometimes go back and forth as to whether or not I'm glad I did her bangs.  They're cute overall, I'm just not convinced I'll keep it up.

This was sometime before we cut her hair, so you can see at least what to back looked like before

The day after her hair cut (oh, and no Ann wasn't dying of heat with her jacket on...we had a random cold snap after a heat wave - it was about 56 degrees outside at 11am at the end of July)

Playing on the playground near Quarry Hill

(so this doesn't have anything to do with Ann's hair...but we saw this family of geese (and some ducks) and I'm convinced it's the same goose family we saw a few months ago, except now the babies are grown up!)

A better view of the back of her hair

Now these pictures are from just a couple days ago (the temperature has warmed up some since that cold snap, hoovering around the mid 70s).  I finally bought some bubbles from Ann to play with.  She really enjoyed it.

"Get bubbles!!"

There was a bit of a breeze out

Thoroughly enjoying herself

Good thing that bubble solution is non-toxic...that wand kept finding its way to her mouth

The wind definitely helped Ann out with blowing bubbles

Cute little hand reaching for a bubble that landed in the grass
