Well Fall, we had a good run. It was colorful and beautiful. And now, as Ann has said multiple times since this past Tuesday - "it's winter now!". Ann was so excited to wake up and look outside to find snow. She immediately wanted to go out and help my dad shovel :) She was a bit disappointed when I informed her that, at 7am, my parents were probably already all done shoveling as they were probably on their way to work, if not there already. We didn't get a chance to go outside and play until Wednesday. Ann had a blast. It seems her attitude about snow/playing in the snow has totally changed. She walked around on the snow covered grass (granted it was only about an inch or two, but that's more than she ever did in years past). It's fun to see her enjoying the snow so much.
Outside, stepping on the ice/snow chunks
I talked her into stepping on the snow covered grass.
"My footprints!" She loved seeing her "tracks" as she walked around
Happy girl
She also had a great time picking up the snow and throwing it
Scooping up the snow. Her mittens were soaked pretty quickly. Definitely need to get her some waterproof mittens
Having fun outside (until the windchill made me decide it was time to come it)
