The End of the Vacation

Alright, so this is finally the end of the pictures from our trip to Las Vegas (you know, only close to 2  months since we've been home).  It was a great trip and we are so grateful we had the chance to spend so much time with Tom's family.

Ann loves their trampoline, so we tried to get as much time on it as possible those last few days we were there (especially since the weather was being so nice!).  Speaking of the nice weather - you know that we came from a cold place when on one of these nice days (upper 60s), Ann made a comment along the lines of "it's such a hot summer day!".  Ha!

Ann absolutely loves Daisy, though this is the first trip that it hasn't taken her any time to warm up to petting her.  To illustrate how much Ann loves Daisy: When she sees a picture of Tom's whole family (Daisy is a part of the family pictures), she will say "look!  It's a picture of Daisy!" (and then be like, oh yeah, and there's mommy, daddy, grandma, grandpa, etc in the picture too).  Another example is when we video chat with Tom's parents, one of the first things Ann will ask is "where is Daisy?" and then ask them to go find her so Ann can see her.  Daisy is definitely getting up there in years, so we don't know how much longer she'll be around.  Hopefully she'll hang in there for a little while longer.

And that's the end of our trip!  Now I've got to get to all of the pictures I've taken since we've been home!  Will I ever catch up?
