Visiting Friends

One of my favorite parts of being up in Utah with a very open schedule was that I got to go visit so many of my friends that still live up there.  I haven't seen any of these ladies since we moved away from Utah 5 years ago and it was so fun to get together again and catch up (and meet all of their cute children).

Kelly, Hillery and Karen were my roommates in the Elms in Provo.

"Cheese!"  Ian had fun on the rocks outside of Hillery's house.

My next visit was with Emily, who I've been friends with since I was 6 years old (her family lived in my neighborhood for a few years when we were little).  Our kids had a fun time playing with each other.  Ann decided to squeeze herself in between the boys to see what they were doing.  Ian had to come check it out too :)

My sweet big boy

Ann also enjoyed making sure the baby was taken care of

Me and Emily.  We had a great visit.

We took pictures of the kids because Emily wanted to show her husband how tall my kids are (Ann and Emily's oldest are both 5 - Ann's just a few months younger, but Ian and Emily's younger boy are almost a year apart in age, with Ian being the younger one).

We went my old roommate Karen's house to see her again and Aubri, another one of our roommates from the Elms who hadn't been able to make it up to Hillery's earlier. Just before we left the kids played around outside.

Ian enjoyed the tricycle.

Ann didn't want to take a picture of the three of us, so we had to do pictures separately.  Me and Karen

It was great getting to see Aubri - and I'm excited for her new little baby due to be born soon.

My last visit was to Lisa.  Lisa and her husband lived in the apartment right above me and Tom in Provo.  (Ann was willing to take pictures again - though we were right in front of a bright window)

These two girls were born days apart from each other while we were in Provo.  Tom and I moved away when Ann was just 8 or 9 weeks old and we haven't had a chance to see them since.  It was fun letting these two play (and they did have fun, despite their facial expressions :)

And there were three goofy little boys too :)
