It's cold out here right now...like, really cold. According to the Weather Channel's website, it did actually get above 0 yesterday, by getting up to 1 degree F around noon. It's 3 degrees out right now (but it feels like -11). We have been under a wind chill advisory, but I think that's expired now. I heard on the radio last night that some school districts in northern Minnesota were canceling school for today due to the extreme cold.
As a result, we haven't been venturing out too much around here, especially with Ann. We did brave the cold yesterday to take her to the doctor though. She'd been running a fever that went away on Sunday, but came back that night. The verdict was an ear infection (her first, actually). It amazes me how cute and sweet she can be, even when she's not feeling well (don't worry though, she's still plenty fussy too :) Hopefully she'll be back to her usually, healthy self before too long.

Playing with my old camera I found in a drawer. I told Tom if we start teaching her how to use that, we'll have a budding photographer on our hands before we know it (he said he was okay with that :)
Notice the tippy-toes :) Ann loves to "help" us get ready for the day. Tom was heading off to a meeting and Ann wanted to help him brush his teeth.
