Ann seems to have adjusted so well to having a little brother (which makes me really happy!). She loves him so much - she makes sure to say so quite frequently. Overall she's very kind and gentle with him (I still have to keep an eye on her though around him - she's twice now nearly body-slammed him when they were both on my bed). Ann also tries to help Ian feel better if he's sad. She gives him toys and will "read" stories to him (they are books she has memorized, so it's more like reciting stories to him). It's so sweet to watch.
Ann had seen me reading to Ian, and decided that she wanted to as well. He likes looking at the books, too.
I brought Ian into Ann's room one day to help me wake her up from her nap. I set Ian down in Ann's bed with her. She liked having him there - he doesn't look too sure about it :) (the red mark on Ann's forehead is probably because she had her head pressed up against the slats of her bed)
As cute as they are together, they are still definitely their own individuals. Ann lately has been having fun pretending to be different letters. Here she is being an "A".
Ian was being super cute on my bed one night as I was getting him ready to go to bed.
