Fall Colors

This fall has been absolutely beautiful!  I told Tom the other night that I feel like this fall has been the prettiest fall we've had since moving here.  I've had to make sure I don't get too distracted by all of the colors while I'm driving - I just want to sit and look at it all!

I decided to head back to Quarry Hill with Ann and Ian in hopes of seeing some beautiful trees, and we were not disappointed!

This is what we saw as we were driving in.  I pulled off to the side of the road to take this picture

I convinced Ann to walk around to the other side of the pond (in hopes of finding the colorful trees)

Ann decided to lay down on a bench as we started to head back to the car

She did not want to stay still for a picture!  This is the best of I got after 4 or 5 tries

She loves to sit on these rocks right by the parking lot.

Ian slept the majority of our walk, but woke up just as we started to head to the car to go home.  I was able to catch a few smiles with the camera!
